Are there any windows or doors you don’t fix?

Yes, there are a few. We do not fix jalousie windows, awning type windows, or non-impact horizontal roller windows. We only fix sliding doors that need wheel replacements.

Is there a warranty on your repair services?

Do you offer emergency window repair services?

We typically do not handle emergency repairs, but if by "emergency repair" you mean rushed service, we might be able to fit you in within 12-24 hours or even sooner.

The health and safety of our customers and staff are paramount. We adhere to all recommended safety protocols. We will always protect your flooring with heavy-duty canvas mats and vacuum our area when we are complete with the job.

What type of window screens do you install?

Our window screens are made with reinforced heavy-duty corners, with pull loops attached to them. We only use Phifer brand fiberglass screening material, which is the best screening brand on the market today. Upgraded 18x14 patio grade, 20x20 No-See-Um, BetterVue, privacy mesh and sunshade screening are also available.

What type of sliding screen doors do you install?

We have a few options when it comes to our sliding screen doors. We offer heavy-duty Samson Doors, economy sliding screen doors, and pet doors.

Do you handle insurance claims for window repairs?

While we do not handle insurance claims ourselves, we can connect you with someone within our network of professionals.
